How to Download Your Newsletter

Get the Adobe Reader Program:
  1. If you have never used the Adobe Reader on your computer, you will need to have this free program. Go to www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep2.html and click on Download. You will be asked where you want to save this download. If you scroll to the top of the list and click on Desktop, it will be easy to find after the download.

  2. When the download has completed, click on the icon on your Desktop to install the program.

After you have the Adobe Reader Program:

  1. Go to our website at http://www.mcug.org our Newsletter and click on Download our Month Newsletter. A File Download screen will appear, asking if you want to open or save the newsletter. Choose SAVE. Click on the Desktop button on the left side of the screen and then click on Save. The newsletter will begin to download. Depending on the speed of your connection, this could take several minutes.

  2. When the download screen disappears, close your browser. Look on the Desktop for an icon with red letters that is named the current month followed by the letters pdf. Double-click on that icon.

  3. Your newsletter will now open. You can use the arrows at the bottom of the screen to scroll through the pages – or you can print the entire newsletter by choosing File – Print.
